A dead zone is not a missing punch.
Start, break and stop are written to the phone first and sync in order when signal returns. The worker can see what is still waiting.
Field Time captures punches offline, surfaces the exceptions, and keeps unapproved time out of payroll.
For Acumatica customers, and the partners who implement it.

Start, break and stop are written to the phone first and sync in order when signal returns. The worker can see what is still waiting.
The review queue sorts by exception, not by name: a stop outside the fence, a break that never ended, a shift changed after approval.
Each approval is bound to the revision the supervisor saw. Edit the session afterwards and it comes back for a new decision.
The same 15:32 stop, as the worker, the supervisor and payroll each see it in Field Time.

Approved, so it is on the export. Unapproved time is not.
A session reaches the payroll export only after a supervisor approves it, and the approval is bound to the revision they saw. Change the session afterwards and it goes back for review.
