This page covers the deskrivet.com website. Field Time, the product, has its own data processing terms that we agree with each customer.

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you, unless you send us a form. The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party fonts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. There is no advertising.

When you submit the demo or contact form we receive the details you typed: your name, work email, company, Acumatica edition and message. The Worker that handles the form also sees the IP address the request came from, which is included in the email so we can recognise abuse.

Why, and for how long

We use form submissions only to reply to you. They are delivered to us as email and kept as long as the conversation is live, then deleted. We do not add you to any list.

Who processes it

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived request logs for security and operations. Form emails are sent through Resend. Neither is given your details for any other purpose.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@deskrivet.com and we will answer from that address.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
